Chipping Course

The Chipping Course is available for all residents and their guests.       
  • Flags are put up in late Spring. 
  • Parking is available on Bass Run.
  • Competing? Chipping within a putter length of a flag is a 'hole." Winner designates the next color flag to shoot for. 
                         For use by Auburn Lakes residents and their guest(s).
A Resident must be present and accompany all guests at all times during their visit to the Chipping Course.

 

Clubhouse

The well-appointed, 10,000-square-foot clubhouse at Auburn Lakes fills a multitude of roles, serving as a hub for a wide variety of organized social events, including the annual holiday party, TGIF celebrations, clambakes, and pool parties to name a few.  The clubhouse is available for rental by residents only.

Fishing

Fishing is permitted in any of Auburn Lakes (Phase 1) stocked lakes or ponds. 
  • Auburn Lakes endorses a catch and release program.
  • Respect the residents' privacy. 
  • Fishing license not required.
        Fishing is for Auburn Lakes residents (Phase 1) and their guest(s).
A Resident must be present and accompany all guest(s) at all times during their visit to the lake areas.

Lake

Open: Daily from Memorial Day to Labor Day
Time: 10am to 9pm (weather permitting)
 
       The lakes in Auburn Lakes (Phase 1) are for use by residents and their guest(s).
A Resident must be present and accompany all guests at all times during their visit to the lake areas.

Pickle-Ball

Every Summer Saturday (weather permitting)
Time:  10:30 am
Location:
  Auburn Lakes tennis court
  • Learn basics and/or play.
  • Paddles/balls supplied.
  • If coming to learn Pickle-Ball basics, contact Jack Vail (440-543-3231) or David Plottner (440-708-1739).
                               For use by Auburn Lakes residents and their guest(s).
A Resident must be present and accompany all guests at all times during their visit the Pickle-Ball court.

Swimming Pool

Open: Daily from Memorial Day to Labor Day
Time:  10am to 9pm (weather permitting)
  • Pool is heated to a comfortable temperature.
  • Residents must have a key fob to activate the gate both entering and leaving.
  • Swimming Pool Rules posted in the pool area.

Tennis

Except for Wednesdays and Saturdays from 9:30 to 10:30, just show up and play. No RSVP or sign-up required.
  • If others wish to play, please limit your court time to one hour.
                       The tennis court is open to all residents and their guests.  
A resident must be present and accompany all guest(s) at all times while using the tennis court.

Walking Trails

While there is no organized walking group, you will miss out on the real beauty of Auburn Lakes if you aren't a frequent visitor to the mile+ of paved walking paths in Phase 1.
 
The paths can be accessed along Auburn Lakes Drive. The path will take you around the big lake starting behind the tennis court and ending near Baybrook Drive (Phase 2) and continues after crossing Auburn Lakes Drive to behind the units on North and South Pintail to Point Breeze.
 
Foxes, ducks, rabbits and a multitude of birds inhabit these areas.
