A 2020 hail storm significantly to severely (mostly severely) Damaged Roofing on more than 70% of Auburn Lakes Homes. Auburn Lakes was approached by iStorm group, a consulting company that focuses on large-loss claims and advocates for clients insurance claims settlements. iStorm had worked with the Woods at Auburn Lakes, our stepsister comunity next door, and our property manager Doug Kostelnik contacted his counterpart there to explore their experience working with iStorm Group.  He reported back to the board that the Woods had been pleased with their experience in which they had received a fair and adequate settlement, for damage caused by the storm, from their insurance company.
